Most people who use computers are often frustrated, irritated, worried or intimidated by home computers. Most people would like to be able to use their computer for relatively simple tasks like email, going on the web, or typing a letter without having problems. When computer viruses are in the news, they worry about whether their computer is infected or will become infected. They hear about other people doing wonderful, fun or amazing things with computers. They might wish they could do at least some of those wonderful, fun or amazing things with their home computer. For these and other reasons, many people wish they had a friend they could call up to come and help them with a question or problem or project on the computer.

A friend who knows a lot about computers, the digital world, and all things high tech; in other words, a Digital Technician.

A friend you can always call to come and help you with your computer.
